1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with The Baba.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Orders & Confirmation
All products are made to order.
An order is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
Once confirmed, the order enters production and cannot be changed without approval.

3. Payment
Full payment is required before production begins.
Payments are made online or via a payment link provided by The Baba.

4. Cancellations & Changes
Because our desserts are prepared specifically for you:
Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
Changes may be possible only if production has not started and must be approved by The Baba.
5. Pick-up & Delivery
Pick-up or delivery times are agreed in advance.
The Baba is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Allergies & Ingredients
Our kitchen works with nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, you must inform us before placing an order.
The Baba cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Product Appearance
Each dessert is handmade.
Minor variations in color, decoration, or design may occur and are not considered defects.

8. Liability
The Baba is not responsible for improper storage or handling of products after pick-up or delivery.
